Put some frosting on it...

We talked about cake..... now let's frost it. If chocolate got married who would she (yes today chocolate is a she) choose? Well I think a lot of people would answer this question with peanut butter (just for the record I think chocolate should always marry peppermint). To be truthful I am not a big fan of frosting or peanut butter, but this frosting is super yummy. You should make it now, I promise it won't disappoint!

To makes this frosting you will need:

1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup peanut butter (You need to use creamy if you want it smooth or if you're going to use it in a pipping bag. You can use chunky if you would like the little bits.)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
7 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup non fat milk
Note: the original recipe called for 5 tablespoons butter and 1/3 cup heavy cream. I think you could use cream or any % of milk just change the butter up or down depending.

Put everything except the milk into an electric mixer and mix on medium until combined, then scrape the sides and add the milk. Mix on low for about a minute or two.

Put on cake, cupcakes, graham crackers or just your finger.... Yummmm
